If you’ve ever put your ripe bananas in the freezer to bake at a later time, try doing the same for your Avocados. Because, we all know it is a sad, sad day when you’re throwing away 3 avocados that you Swore you just bought the other day! Peel the Avocado, remove the pit, chop it up and freeze it. Then get creative, have some fun with it! I love making random concoctions, and yes, I fail many, many times but I just keep learning and trying new things out!

Blend up all the ingredients, add some coconut shavings, ground pecans, and a drizzle of agave or honey!
